We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- The product must have been purchased directly from Field & North.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- The order must fall within the 30-day return period.
We reserve the right to deny refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, excessive refund requests, or misuse of our policies.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Where appropriate, we may request photographs of the product and packaging before issuing a replacement or refund.
Lost Shipments
If tracking indicates your order has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.
Promotional Orders
Orders placed using promotional offers, discounts, bundles, or Buy One Get One Free promotions remain eligible for refunds subject to this policy. If part of a promotional order is returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the promotional pricing originally applied.

Shipping Charges
